Will a ‘vandalism’ conviction affect a SIA licence application?
A friend was refused an SIA licence which appears to be down to a wrongly accused conviction, he was done for ‘vandalism’ but on the system he was accused of theft! in result it lost him his job. He has just had a letter of apology from the courts and his records changed, however will a ‘vandalism’ conviction still affect his appeal for his SIA licence?
