Security Company – Can anyone give me any advice please?
I am interested in setting up my own security business. The paying and invoicing isn’t a problem, I have a company to do that.
I hold SIA Door supervisor Level 2.
I am particularly interested in supplying patrol mobile staff and shopping centre/store security staff.
Has anyone done this?
My biggest concern is finding licensed and referenced staff as they will be required to have a 10yr checkable work history.
Initially I dont want to be stuck doing this part and am looking for staff that are ready to work. I dont wish at this point to train staff, just supply.
I come from a recruitment background so I have some knowledge of the supply of temporary staff.
Any tips, experiences, advice greatly appreciated.
