unfair deductions ? from wage when being sacked?

got dismissed for the following.
I confirm ye decision to dismiss you due to some other substantial reason , ie there was no other work avialable for you following a positive search.

Basically i was a retail guard, security rules state personal belongings must be locked in a locker , i was on my break in my security office , working still on my break using the CCTV and was caught with my mobile phone on me.

My question is : Should i still have the below deductions made ?

Bare in mind i was basically sacked / redundant plus i had my own licence before working for this company so therefor i had to do the course twice although obviously passed first time as i had my sia badge and certificates

by signing this document you agree to the following :

If the company provides you with Shills for training and a sia licence and you leave the company for whatever reason before completing 3 years service , the company shall deduct a contribution towards these costs as follow :
ran out of space on original question

If the company provides you with Shills for training and a sia licence and you leave the company for whatever reason before completing 3 years service , the company shall deduct a contribution towards these costs as follow :

upto 1 years service – £450 deducted
upto 2 years service – £300 deducted
upto 3 years service – £150 deducted

If only the sia licence or the skills for training is provided, the above deductions will be recovered throught the wages
thanks for answering , i did sign but without given the chance to read fully , they are stating the course i had done wasnt upto their standards eventhough i had worked in retail security prior.

Just found out they have also not paid me for a days work on the 14th of last month as they classed it as a training day but i was dismissed a day after, placement was at a new place for the 14th.

below the deduction section it also stated

If however you leave the company without working the full 4 weeks notice then full costs of £600 will be recovered through the wages.

i had done nearly 12 months servce

Just found out ive been charhes the following:

£260 for 3 days class room training
£49 for one days training at the start of the contract

plus last day of work due to the fact they are classing it as a training day eventhough they knew i was being dismissed
